It's one of those days - bad news, no motivation, and life seems stressful. I feel like I'm climbing a hill with no end in sight. But, I'm not one to lose hope so easily. I always turn to my favorite pick-me-up quotes. These are meant to make you feel better, or at least put a smile on your face - even if only for a few seconds.

When I'm feeling down, I like to pick up a treat for myself. A feel-good gift is a guilty pleasure that can have such an important role in making you feel better.

I try to look at funny and amusing things when I feel extra stressed or anxious. Usually, this consists of watching cute animal videos but a funny quote is also a good option.
But one thing I've learned so far in my life is that everything is temporary. It's so important to see the good part of life and stay positive. Believing in positive energy can really help you get through so much.
